Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and working on your feet throughout the day
  • Ability to use a computer, tablet, and phone-based systems
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and build trust from the first conversation
  • Listen, ask questions, and understand each guest’s needs
  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently
  • Advise ethically through education, not pressure
  • Coordinate communication between technicians and guests
  • Own the full guest experience from write-up to vehicle delivery
