Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
- Comfortable standing, walking, and working on your feet throughout the day
- Ability to use a computer, tablet, and phone-based systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and build trust from the first conversation
- Listen, ask questions, and understand each guest’s needs
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently
- Advise ethically through education, not pressure
- Coordinate communication between technicians and guests
- Own the full guest experience from write-up to vehicle delivery
