Requirements
- Service Advisor experience: 1 year
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- Heavy Duty truck experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Be a positive first point of contact for customers
- Clearly listen and understand the customer's vehicle needs
- Writing up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
- Communicate vehicle needs clearly to the technician
- Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keep customers updated.
- Maintain a professional manner at all times
- Call customers to remind them of their upcoming service appointments and return all customer call inquiries
