Requirements

2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer (preferred but not required)
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Computer skills (navigate multiple windows at a time, date entry, and able to learn new systems required!)
Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky is a drug-free workplace
Possess a driver's license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with service check-in
Communicate with technicians and explain vehicle issues and service needs to customers
Recommend appropriate services and products
Set clear expectations regarding time and cost estimates
Manage repair orders from start to finish
Ensure customer satisfaction at pickup
Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
