As the primary point of contact for customers, you will build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure every vehicle is serviced with accuracy, urgency, and care.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and automotive management software.
  • A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping customers get the most out of their vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately assess their automotive needs.
  • Service Recommendations: Present inspection findings, explain recommended repairs and maintenance in clear, non-technical terms, and confidently ask for the sale.
  • Estimate Preparation: Create detailed, accurate repair estimates and review them thoroughly with customers.
  • Workflow Management: Schedule appointments, prioritize jobs, and manage daily shop flow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of services, maintenance intervals, and value-added products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Communication & Coordination: Work closely with technicians to ensure clarity on diagnostics, repair timelines, and parts availability.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Contact customers post-service to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
