About The Position

Service Advisor Assistant Pettus Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram De Soto – Service Department We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Service Advisor Assistant to support our service team. This role is critical to keeping communication clear, schedules tight, and customers informed throughout their service experience. If you’re confident on the phone, comfortable on a computer, and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball — we want to talk to you. Why This Role Matters: You are the communication bridge. When customers feel informed, they feel confident. When the shop has support, it performs better. Requirements

  • Strong phone presence and confident communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through

  • Computer proficiency (CRM/DMS experience a plus)

  • Prior automotive or service department experience is a bonus — but not required

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Assist with light scheduling of service appointments
  • Provide consistent updates to customers on vehicle status
  • Communicate clearly between technicians, advisors, and customers
  • Contact warranty companies for claim approvals and documentation
  • Enter and update information accurately in service software systems
  • Support service advisors with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a professional and positive customer experience at all times
