Do you enjoy being the administrative support for an organization? As a Service Administrator , you'll be the backbone who provides the framework for our service department with administrative tasks. If you enjoy providing behind the scenes support to cross functional groups, this is a great opportunity to join our team. Schedule: This role would function 8AM-5PM. This would require 5 days a week in office for training and learning the role through your first 6-8 months before a hybrid schedule would be considered. When thinking of your commute, note that our office is located on the southwest side of Charlotte, near Carowinds Amusement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience providing support for a field service environment.
  • Detail orientated, organized, and comfortable with technology.
  • Strong multi-tasking of projects--you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with stellar communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Service Department, Sales Department, and Customers through timely entry of parts & related orders.
  • Prepare invoices for parts and completed services while ensuring requirements are met and ensure payment of the invoices.
  • Timely acquisition of parts and material to meet installation, service, and PMP schedules.
  • Maintain inventory with acceptable levels.
  • Provide accurate processing of service jobs.
  • Monitor the service system.
