About The Position

Assist the residents, staff, and management by providing support services designed to ensure a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive property. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee’s ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to type forms and short correspondence accurately and communicate cooperatively on the telephone.
  • Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle)
  • Current Fair Housing Certification

Responsibilities

  • Responds to requests for maintenance assistance by:
  • Promptly advising maintenance staff.
  • Preparing service orders, purchase orders.
  • Order maintenance supplies.
  • Maintains the maintenance department’s records.
  • Schedules maintenance/repair activities involving contractors.
  • Schedules housekeeping services.
  • Prepares accident reports.
  • Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
