Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company systems applications, including Motility Systems2K, and other software applicable
  • Ability to be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment
  • Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports

Nice To Haves

  • One year as an administrative assistant or office work is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls to proper personnel and log into call log
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments at request of Management
  • Produce and distribute memos, letters, and forms as requested
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain company filing systems currently in place in accordance with compliance laws
  • Providing daily updates to management on maintained call logs
  • Provide limited follow up with service customers as requested by management
