About The Position

The Service Administrator is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and service teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating various platforms and technologies.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and customer correspondence in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage customer inquiries regarding billing and service issues.
  • Assess customer concerns to determine the best course of action for our logistics and service teams.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication while accurately documenting each interaction.
  • Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and other team members to ensure optimal customer support.
  • Participate in additional projects and perform other duties as assigned.
