Service Administrator Job Summary: Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Distribution business in (West Sacramento, CA). You will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and by phone
- Create accurate work orders and gather required customer/equipment information
- Provide basic status updates and support customer inquiries
- Support technicians by documenting diagnostics, service steps, and parts information
- Maintain accurate records in service management systems
- Follow Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
- Support warranty documentation and escalate technical issues as needed
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and service excellence
