This position is a critical stakeholder in the commercial growth of Trane Technologies' Life Science Solutions (LSS) Service organization, which includes the DLR, Helmer, and FARRAR brands. The Service Administration Manager works closely with Service Coordinators/Customer Service Representatives, Billing Specialist/Project Administrators, and Accounting Specialists. The role is responsible for administrative processes from customer intake through billing procedures and collections, as well as driving process improvements to enhance customer impact and business results. The manager will interact with multiple teams to ensure timely project completion and foster a positive culture. This role reports to the LSS Service Leader and collaborates with other Service Administrative Managers, Service Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Sales, and the Field to drive commercial growth.
