About The Position

As part of our opening team, you’ll be one of the first people guests connect with. The friendly face that sets the tone for their entire visit. You’ll guide them through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, deliver food and beverages with care, and help create the kind of moments that make people want to come back again and again. Requirements

Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Communication skills, written or verbal, in the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Basic reading, writing, and math.
Ability to navigate necessary software and applications.
Ability to comply with local laws regarding food handling and alcohol service; must be able to take and pass the ServSafe Alcohol Safety exam.
Ability to engage with guests and colleagues.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must meet the minimum legal age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

Take guest orders and deliver food and drinks with accuracy, timing, and hospitality
Provide warm, genuine, people-first service
Learn our menu and confidently guide guests through their options
Complete all required training
Help maintain a clean, organized dining room
Perform opening and closing duties (stocking, resetting, cleaning)
Monitor alcohol service responsibly, check IDs, and communicate concerns to leadership
Jump in wherever needed — because that’s what great teams do
