About The Position
Prime Quarter is a fun, high-energy grill-your-own steakhouse where guests choose their cut and cook it just the way they like it. We pride ourselves on great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere for families, friends, and steak lovers alike. We’re looking for friendly, dependable Servers to provide excellent service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests. Servers are responsible for guiding guests through our unique grill-your-own concept, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.
Requirements
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and explain the grill-your-own steakhouse concept
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve drinks, sides, and prepared items in a timely manner
- Check on guests regularly and respond to needs or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
- Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately
