About The Position

Position Overview: Responsible for the overall service experience for the guest that occurs at the table. Executes the Ultimate Milano’s Experience Ensures guests are satisfied with their food, service, and drinks Responds to additional guests requests politely Totals the bill and accepts accurate payment Adheres to the Serving Alcohol Policy and legal state laws Promotes teamwork throughout the restaurant Adheres to the “ NO TOUCH” policy Enjoys working in a fast paced environment Flexible Hours and Make Great Money!! Server Tasks: Ensure every guest is a repeat guest Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures. Execute “Full hands in, full hands out” philosophy to promote teamwork throughout the entire restaurant. Provides every guest with “devoted” hospitality and goes above and beyond in exceeding guest’s expectations. Uses up selling techniques to every table of guests. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station using “Clean as you go” practices Follows all opening, running and closing side-work lists. Maintains a positive mental attitude with all co-workers and guests. Utilize their Alcohol Safety training to serve alcohol responsibly to all patrons Adheres to the rules of conduct provided in ThreeWitt Enterprises employee handbook Adheres to the Cash Handling Policy Serves as an active, participating team member and communicates with the entire Milanos team. Knows all elements of a shopper report
