About The Position
Our Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including taking food and beverage orders and serving them to Guests in the restaurant. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Brinker International, the name behind Maggiano's, pioneered casual dining. Maggiano's Little Italy started in Chicago and is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The company emphasizes sharing and helping others, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation for children with life-threatening medical conditions, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund for employees in need. The work environment is described as fast-paced, requiring energetic service, staying upbeat, and putting guests first, which includes hoisting heavy plates.
