Who We're Looking For: Were seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Server to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Requirements

Experienced in high-volume, upscale dining (minimum 1+ year preferred)
Knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
Detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency
Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
