About The Position

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Server – Make Every Meal Meaningful! Flexible shifts and No Late Nights! At The Kensington in Fort Madison, IA, part of Agemark Senior Living, we believe dining is more than a meal, it’s an experience. As a Server, you’ll help create a warm, inviting atmosphere while forming genuine connections with residents and their families.

Requirements

Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for helping others
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders
Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner
Assist with set-up, clean-up, and restocking supplies
Support community events and special dining experiences
Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
