About The Position

Sawgrass Country Club is fortunate to have a variety of dining venues for our team members to learn, cultivate and enhance the member experience. We are currently hiring part-time team members who can provide that ultimate Member Experience during our lunch and dinner timeframes. Our waitstaff are teamwork-oriented professionals with a passion for customer service and hospitality. Requirements

• Must understand Service Culture and maintaining successful Member Experience.
• Have strong customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one (1) year hospitality experience (preferred).
• Seven-day operation, open/ flexible availability required.
• Minimum three shifts per week.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Exhibit strong time management, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15-18 hours a week (3 shifts) and at least one shift available on Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one (1) year hospitality experience (preferred).
• Possess knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits (preferred but not required).
