Essential duties and responsibilities: Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Be informative of the meal that will be served. Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service. Serve the standard menu. Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy. Clean the table & section when dinner service is complete. Qualification Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit. Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands: Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing. Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
