Our Dinner Attraction in Pigeon Forge is seeking a high-energy, dynamic individual to join our management team as an Assistant Kitchen/Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, in-depth knowledge of kitchen processes and procedures, and the ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment. Responsible for ensuring that all health, safety, and sanitation practices are followed. Training new team members in the department. Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments, order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand. Responsible for ensuring high-quality products and waste prevention.
