About The Position

Greet guests, present menus, explain specials, answer questions, and offer recommendations. Take orders accurately (noting allergies/preferences), input into POS, and communicate with kitchen/bar. Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking on tables periodically. Prepare and present checks, process various payment types efficiently. Clear plates, reset tables with utensils/napkins, and maintain cleanliness. Assist other staff, run food, and help with side work like rolling silverware. Address guest concerns and issues positively and quickly. Friendly, attentive, patient, and professional demeanor. Clear speaking and listening skills. Handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Ability to stand and walk for long periods. For processing payments.
