POSITION SUMMARY The Hospitality Associate is a key member of our hospitality team, serving as an ambassador of our farm, creamery, and brand. This role is central to delivering a thoughtful, elevated guest experience across our marketplace, cheese tastings, and on-farm events during peak season. Working closely with retail, culinary, and events teams, the Hospitality Associate ensures that every guest interaction reflects our heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to sustainable agriculture. This is a guest-facing role for someone who takes pride in professional presentation, clear communication, and genuine hospitality.
