About The Position

Casey J's Tavern is a member of Serenitee Restaurant Group and we are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements

• A true hospitality mindset—friendly, professional, and guest-focused
• Excellent communication and a natural ability to connect with people
• Confidence engaging in conversation and reading the table’s vibe
• Strong pacing and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Prior serving and bartending experience required

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional hospitality from greeting to goodbye
• Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming “remember your name” experience
• Engage with regulars and make first-timers feel like they’ve been coming for years
• Confidently guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and offer recommendations
• Work both the floor and bar as needed, providing seamless service in either role
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with accuracy, speed, and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized section and/or bar while staying attentive and efficient
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, high-quality service every shift
