Essential Functions – Bartender: Prepare and serve beverages and light food items in accordance with hotel standards. Greet guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and anticipate guest needs. Stock and maintain bar inventory, including beer, wine, spirits, mixers, condiments, and glassware. Monitor guest behavior and respond professionally to inebriated guests when necessary. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and consistent presentation of the bar area. Essential Functions – Server: Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials. Confirm orders with kitchen and bar staff as needed. Deliver friendly, engaging, and professional service at all times. Assist with table setup, seating arrangements, and service for larger parties. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately; prepare itemized checks. Follow proper alcohol service guidelines. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all service areas. Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
