Server/Barista - Atwater's Catonsville
About The Position
Atwater's Catonsville is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic server or barista, primarily for morning service. This is a tipped position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality service and good local food. They will enjoy working toward a common goal with a diverse group of folks and value opportunities to interact with customers. Barista skills and coffee knowledge are preferred. Reliable transportation and communication are musts. Atwater's strives to recognize and value their employees through various benefits and internal promotion. Health insurance is available for employees working 30+ hours a week, and a staff meal card is available based on the number of hours worked.
