Located in the heart of The Gulch inside the Caption by Hyatt , Café Between blends the energy of a neighborhood café with the rhythm of a hotel hotspot. We’re looking for a Part-Time Barista/Server who’s more than a coffee maker — someone who’s part storyteller, part mixologist, and part day-brightener. If you love creating great drinks, good vibes, and genuine connections, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• You’ve got a knack for multitasking and keeping calm when the line gets long
• You bring a genuine smile, a sense of humor, and a love of good coffee

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a barista or in guest service is a plus — but your personality and energy matter most

Responsibilities

• Craft espresso drinks, cold brews, and creative specials that make guests come back for more
• Welcome guests with warmth, personality, and conversation that feels authentic — not scripted
• Keep the café looking fresh, stocked, and ready to roll
• Team up with servers and bartenders to keep service flowing from morning through evening
