About The Position

The server assistant is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create a warm welcoming and exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The server assistant primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again by helping the server provide 5 star service.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Maintain clean service areas in the front and back of house.
Run food and serve the guests following the standards.
Polish all silverware and glassware.
Reset the tables.
Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Clear dishes from the table and maintain the table throughout the dining experience.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
