About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our Talavera team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Talavera is a contemporary Spanish steakhouse featuring Latin-inspired flavors, from paella and dry-aged steaks to jamón ibérico, fresh seafood, and vibrant tapas, complemented by over 350 world-class wines and handcrafted cocktails.
Requirements
- Previous Server Assistant experience in a fine dining restaurant establishment preferred.
- Basic Wine/Food/Spirit knowledge a plus
- Must be able to be on feet for entire shift and communicate with guests appropriately and effectively
- Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Clearing, cleaning and set-up/break down of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service while supporting servers with performing steps of service to restaurant guests
- Greeting guests and providing water & beverages
- Delivering food and supporting the kitchen and expo line.
- Cleanliness of restaurant area
