Server Assistant Marbled & Fin (Charleston, SC) Join Our Growing, Hospitality-Driven Team! Marbled & Fin is seeking collaborative and detail-driven Server Assistants to join our team! About Us: Located in downtown Charleston, Marbled & Fin is proudly operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, The James). Our restaurant showcases sleek, modern interiors and a progressive, refined menu all set against a celebratory and lively backdrop that redefines traditional steakhouse dining. We emphasize exceptional service, guest connection, and creating memorable dining experiences . Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience. In this position, you have the opportunity to have a competitive hourly rate plus great tips. Pay rates and ranges listed are averages INCLUDING tips and fluctuate with business levels. Pay rates and ranges are not guaranteed and tips are given at the sole discretion of our guests.

Requirements

• Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
• Detail-focused with a sense of urgency and professionalism
• Eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience in a fine dining restaurant

Responsibilities

• Support Servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
• Assist in delivering food and beverage orders with professionalism and care
• Keep service areas stocked, clean, and guest-ready
• Anticipate guest needs and provide warm, genuine hospitality at every turn
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
