About The Position

🥂 Be the silent engine behind seamless service! As a Server Assistant, you will support waitstaff in delivering outstanding guest experiences by keeping tables clean, water filled, and service flowing. Your behind-the-scenes effort ensures guests receive smooth and prompt service every time.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented and reliable

Nice To Haves

• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
• Refill water and assist with beverage service
• Deliver bread, condiments, or side items as needed
• Support servers with pre-bussing and guest requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
• Communicate guest needs or issues to servers or supervisors
