About The Position

As a Server Assistant at Poza, rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool, you are essential to the seamless execution of the guest experience. A hybrid role of Busser and Food Runner , you will support the service team by maintaining a pristine environment, ensuring timely delivery of dishes, and anticipating guest needs with quiet precision and elegance. Your sense of pace, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence will elevate each guest’s visit to Poza.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a food runner or busser in a luxury or upscale dining environment preferred
• A strong sense of urgency and professionalism
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced setting and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guest tables, ensuring proper presentation and accompaniments
• Clear and reset tables swiftly and gracefully while maintaining a clean, organized environment
• Support servers with guest requests, water and beverage refills, and service pacing
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and setup of the rooftop dining and poolside areas
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and hospitality
