About The Position

Responsible for managing directory services, DNS, PKI, virtualization, and server hardware platforms. Has additional responsibilities for maintaining core infrastructure in accordance to best practice design, architecture and deployment. Primary focus on patch management and project support. First level escalation for incidents and change tickets. Server Core Maintenance/Updates - Virtualization / Directory Services / Server Hardware - monitoring, reporting, support, maintenance and security compliance. Project Support - customer engagement, compute resource analysis, provisioning, performance tuning and improvement, upgrade and testing. Administrative skills, planning, documentation, training, and customer service. This role will provide a combination of virtual and onsite support to multiplelocations Ensure all systems are planned, designed, deployed, maintained, and decommissioned securely. Collaborate with peers on security architecture, control analysis/monitoring and participate in threat modeling for systems and infrastructure
