Requirements

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
• Valid BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit
• Clean driving record and ability to be approved by company commercial insurance
• Reliable transportation and availability for flexible scheduling
• (Company vehicle provided while on shift)

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site checks to ensure contract compliance and guard performance
• Train and mentor new employees, including field onboarding and procedural reviews
• Support operations by assisting with shift openings, callouts, and coverage needs
• Complete accurate and detailed shift activity documentation
• Provide oversight during incidents, ensuring proper response and communication
• Write clear, concise pass downs for the next shift
• Track and manage vehicle assignments, condition, and usage logs
• Serve as an on-site leader and primary point of contact for officers
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain standards and field readiness
