What you'll be doing: Expertly handling all aspects of the client relationship, from status calls to deliverables, ad hoc requests to client consultation. Taking full ownership of the Tombras relationship with each of your clients, becoming their go-to contact for all things SEO. Not only completing but strategizing and putting into motion SEO plans for your clients that will continue pushing their SEO progress forward. Taking an active role in mentoring junior members on the team, identifying the areas that need the most attention and actively working toward bolstering those skills. Identifying and addressing critical care areas of your accounts and acting as the main point of triage for an action plan to improve any necessary areas of the relationship. Putting attention toward the growth of your individual accounts. Being the primary point of communication in Slack and email for both internal and client teams on your accounts, establishing you as a leader within the team and on your accounts. What you bring: 3-5 years of SEO experience across content, technical, and local SEO disciplines A mastery of most SEO softwares such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Brightedge, Conductor, Yext, Chatmeter, Birdeye, Looker Studio, SEMRush, Screamingfrog, Moz, etc. Proven experience training and mentoring other SEO professionals, helping to develop directives to increase their productivity and your effectiveness. The ability to stay on top of multiple client workloads as well as industry and SEO trends and news, allowing it to help you build and maintain a plan for each of your clients. The history and wherewithal to have seen and experienced most of what a given client would go through, and the ability to assess and address each situation in stride, identifying risks, raising flags, and developing a plan to respond with the appropriate SEO action. A track record of having managed all aspects of website and local SEO campaigns, including listings and reputation management through an enterprise-level platform. Expertise in data analysis and the ability to join data from multiple sources to arrive at relevant client solutions. The ability to translate those data-backed conclusions to clients and account teams of varying levels of familiarity to get buy-in on our recommendations.
