About The Position

We’re seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to expand and elevate our organic presence across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven platforms. You’ll lead the strategy that ensures families and patients find our senior living, home health, and hospice affiliates first — wherever they’re searching. This role thrives in a dynamic environment where technical innovation, cross‑functional collaboration, and strategic thinking are encouraged.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional SEO experience, ideally within healthcare or senior living.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and directory management tools like BirdEye.
  • Strong understanding of organic ranking signals, local SEO, and AI search behavior.
  • Ability to manage large‑scale, high‑volume data with precision and accuracy.
  • Experience partnering with design teams to align visual content with SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of current digital best practices and emerging search technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Organic Ranking Strategy: Build and execute SEO strategies that improve organic visibility and keyword rankings across senior living and home health verticals.
  • Directory & Listing Optimization: Manage 200+ digital listings using BirdEye, ensuring 100% accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Optimize for AI & Google: Implement best practices for LLM visibility and ensure our websites appear prominently in AI‑generated responses and Google rankings.
  • WordPress Website Management: Update and optimize WordPress sites for performance, mobile experience, and SEO‑informed content delivery.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with web and design teams to produce unified, high‑impact content that supports brand and SEO goals.
  • Technical SEO Leadership: Maintain strong technical site health — including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
  • Adapt to a Changing Landscape: Stay ahead of evolving search algorithms, AI trends, and digital needs in a competitive healthcare environment.
