About The Position

Our client is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to support client work across technical SEO, content strategy, and programmatic growth. You’ll work directly with senior operators who’ve led SEO at Zillow, Zapier, Airtable, and Figma. This is an execution-focused role for someone who loves building systems, finding opportunities in data, and shipping work that drives measurable organic growth. You’ll contribute to audits, content frameworks, keyword research, programmatic templates, and AI-search optimization across multiple clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, including CWV, schema, crawl/indexing behavior, and HTML basics
  • Experience conducting keyword research, competitive gap analysis, building content briefs, and content systems that aim to drive organic growth
  • Ability to turn search data into insights and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable working across multiple clients, prioritizing effectively, and managing deadlines independently
  • Familiarity with AI search and emerging discovery surfaces (Perplexity, ChatGPT search, Google AI Overviews)
  • Strong operator mindset. You enjoy execution, iteration, and problem-solving more than managing people

Responsibilities

  • Support technical, content, and programmatic SEO initiatives for client portfolios
  • Build keyword strategies, content briefs, and scalable content systems aligned to user intent and business priorities
  • Optimize for both traditional search and AI-first discovery platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
  • Improve technical SEO foundations including site structure, internal linking, crawl efficiency, and structured data
  • Contribute to programmatic SEO frameworks (URL patterns, templates, metadata systems, internal link maps)
  • Perform audits and deliver clear, actionable recommendations across technical, on-page, and content opportunities
  • Monitor rankings, impressions, AI-surface visibility, and organic performance to identify new opportunities
  • Partner with content, design, and engineering contacts on the client side to get recommendations implemented
  • Create documentation, dashboards, and repeatable systems that improve our internal SEO workflows
  • Communicate confidently and directly with high value clients
