This program will also serve as a catalyst for harmonizing global structures, ensuring consistency and scalability for future HR initiatives. The project approach is evolving and may involve a phased rollout of Workday modules to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption. The Program Lead will oversee all phases of the initiative, from pre-implementation planning and stakeholder engagement to post-launch stabilization and potential future phases.
