About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate and oversee scale systems to accurately weigh inbound and outbound materials Verify tickets, shipping documents, and inventory data for accuracy and compliance Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal partners at the scale Monitor daily production and shipment activity, resolving discrepancies promptly Maintain scale house records and support continuous improvement in safety and efficiency Will be backup to QC Technician
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with computerized scale systems and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and remain detail-focused in a fast-paced setting
- Clear, professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Solid understanding of safety practices and operational compliance
- Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities
