As a Senior Web Engineer on the Web Platform team, you’ll lead the development of Shreddit, the heart of reddit.com, with a focus on platform architecture, performance, operational health, and developer experience. You’ll turn ambiguous platform problems into clear designs and ship high‑quality, observable, well‑tested solutions that other teams rely on every day. You’ll work on high‑impact platform projects like optimizing Shreddit's bundling and delivery of assets, evolving our html rendering orchestration layer to provide a top-of-the-line experience for our users world-wide, and our web platform infrastructure's resiliency and scalability. You will also drive developer-experience improvements such as improving our CI/CD pipelines, providing easy-to-use developer patterns so that product teams can ship fast, safe and performant features on Shreddit.
