About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development with expert-level proficiency in modern web frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services, containerized applications, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and inclusive design practices.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design, OAuth2, microservices architecture, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted SDLC tools, Datadog monitoring, and cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fintech or consumer-facing web platforms preferred; familiarity with payments, identity verification, or customer onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade web applications using modern frameworks, .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Design modular, white-labeled, and localized web solutions that meet performance, security, and accessibility standards.
• Lead Azure cloud initiatives including migration, re-platforming, and leveraging services like AKS, Cosmos DB, App Services, and Functions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Mobile, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure system reliability and maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across the web domain.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining compliance with security, accessibility, and privacy standards.
