As a Senior Water Resources Engineer, you will lead and contribute to the design and analysis of complex municipal water systems. This role will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions for clients across Florida and beyond.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater design and modeling.
Proficient in modeling software such as InfoWater, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, PCSWMM, ICPR, and HEC-HMS/HEC-RAS.
Familiarity with FEMA floodplain analysis, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
Strong technical writing skills and ability to develop high-quality design documentation.
Excellent collaboration skills and client communication abilities.
Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform hydraulic modeling of water distribution and wastewater collection systems, including pressure pipe networks.
Develop and analyze stormwater management systems using ICPR, PCSWMM, InfoWater, and other modeling tools.
Prepare FEMA floodplain analyses and compliance documentation.
Lead and contribute to site civil design efforts, including grading, drainage, stormwater facilities, and utility layout.
Prepare engineering reports, construction documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated water infrastructure designs.
Support environmental permitting and coordinate with local and state regulatory agencies.
Provide QA/QC on design deliverables and mentor junior engineering staff.
