Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
About The Position
We’re looking for a people-first, inspiring leader to join us as our new SVP of Supply Chain, reporting directly to our President. As SVP of Supply Chain, you’ll lead our end-to-end supply chain — including procurement, integrated planning, customer service, logistics, and distribution. You’ll keep our supply chain closely aligned with business needs, anticipate evolving customer expectations, and create a consistently delightful experience for everyone who chooses Torani. Your leadership will build a strong operational backbone, enhance service, and grow a team that loves working together to deliver amazing customer experiences. You’ll set high expectations for safety and quality, develop future leaders, and role-model the values that bring our purpose – Flavor for All, Opportunity for All - to life.
Requirements
- Executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leaders, including the Board, while building strong partnerships across functions.
- 15+ years of senior supply chain leadership experience (manufacturing or CPG background is a plus).
- Proven success in designing and rolling out distribution network strategies.
- Experience leading transformation and managing organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (Manhattan preferred).
