Job purpose The Senior Vice President - Revenue (Financial Solutions) is a senior leader responsible for owning and scaling revenue growth for BELAY’s Financial Solutions business, with a primary focus on serving small and midsize businesses (SMBs). This role is designed to serve as the day-to-day growth owner for Financial Solutions, partnering closely with the CEO, CMO, and SVP of Assistant Solutions to elevate company-wide growth priorities. The core opportunity for this role is expanding BELAY’s reach with business owners and operators, supported by finance leaders, across bookkeeping, outsourced accounting, controller, tax, and CFO services. This leader will scale & maximize what already exists today—including inbound sales and referral momentum—while also designing and building new growth strategies across outbound business development, select strategic partnerships, and referral channels. The emphasis is on practical execution, repeatability, and building a durable growth engine aligned to BELAY’s real ICP.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, revenue, growth, or business development within accounting services, outsourced finance, or professional services.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role with direct ownership of revenue outcomes.
  • Proven experience scaling inbound sales organizations and senior sales leaders.
  • Demonstrated success building outbound, enterprise, or partnership-led growth motions—not solely optimizing inbound demand.
  • Deep background in consultative, B2B service-based selling with complex buying journeys.
  • Experience selling to CEOs, CFOs, Business Owners, Controllers, and senior finance leadership.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the CEO, Board, and enterprise-client level.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing on ICP definition, messaging, and demand strategy.
