About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Product, reporting to our CEO, to lead our industry leading AI powered software platform including credit, compliance, CRM, desking and retail workflow. The ideal candidate brings deep automotive retail domain expertise and understands how dealerships actually make money — from credit pull to funded deal. You will own product vision, roadmap, execution, and monetization strategy across a platform serving franchised and independent dealerships nationwide.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in automotive retail technology
  • Deep experience with: Dealer CRM systems Credit bureaus and soft/hard pulls F&I workflow Lender and B2B integrations
  • Prior leadership role in: Automotive SaaS DMS / CRM / Credit platform Desking or F&I technology
  • Proven record of delivering revenue-generating products at scale
  • Opinionated but data-driven
  • Commercially fluent (understand CAC, LTV, retention economics)
  • Comfortable in front of dealers and board members
  • Fluent in the language of variable ops managers
  • Biased toward simplification

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for our software solutions.
  • Lead transition from “CRM system” to “conversion and profitability engine”
  • Align product strategy with company growth pillars (conversion, consolidation, compliance, profit per car)
  • Automotive Workflow Mastery: Own the full retail flow from lead to service retention
  • Build tools that reduce friction in variable operations
  • Optimize conversion rates and deal gross via smarter credit and structuring
  • AI & Automation Leadership: Embed AI to become native in the platform
  • Shift platform from passive system-of-record to active system-of-decision
  • Commercial Product Leadership: Partner with CRO and CEO on pricing strategy, packaging, monetization expansion and competitive positioning.
  • Support PLG + enterprise sales motion
  • Organizational Leadership: Build and scale product management, design, and product operations
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Finance
  • Install product rigor (OKRs, discovery cadence, launch discipline, instrumentation)
