By 2035, the goal is to influence system-level changes and serve over 150,000 young people annually through a full continuum of services connecting early learning to careers. This requires stronger systems, better data, deeper partnerships, and leaders who can scale impact across a complex organization. The organization operates at the intersection of education, workforce development, public health, and economic mobility, with partnerships spanning school districts, government, philanthropy, and business. The work is mission-driven and results-driven, focusing on changing outcomes for young people and entire communities. To achieve this, they are investing in talent, structure, and leadership, shifting towards scale, consistency, and execution.
