  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and or abilities required for the position. Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Individuals must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license, liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master’s preferred. Equivalent education/work experience will be considered.
  • Seven plus years of progressive work experience in business.
  • Three plus years of senior management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership and support for staff under supervision of the SVP in all areas of operations, retail sales management, customer service, personnel oversight, merchandising, cleanliness, production, donations, logistics, salvage and shrinkage control etc.
  • Oversee the continuity and success of all GINM retail operations, ensuring sales performance, budget attainment, and operational consistency across all store locations.
  • Ensure retails audits are conducted, evaluated and plans for improvement are implemented and provided to the CEO monthly.
  • Collaborate with the VP of retail to create and manage retail budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations, accurate forecasting, and alignment with organizational financial goals.
  • Lead the execution of new store openings, including store layout, fixture installation, staffing, and operational setup in conjunction with the VP of Retail.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of TPM and Point-of-Sale systems, using performance metrics to implement continuous improvement strategies and hold teams accountable for results.
  • Monitor monthly operating expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend timely corrective actions to optimize retail efficiency.
  • Lead secondary operations including salvage, transportation and warehousing to ensure operational efficiency, rotation of merchandise, vehicle maintenance etc. to support agency growth.
  • Create and manage secondary operations budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations, accurate forecasting, and alignment with organizational financial goals.
  • Drive effective reporting practices, utilizing data to measure progress, adjust operational strategies, and implement best practices across all managed departments.
  • Ensure all store personnel follow GINM policies and procedures, including compliance with HIPAA, CARF standards, safety protocols, and the Code of Conduct/Business Ethics Policy.
  • Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and training tools to promote consistency, accountability, and achievement of department goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional senior leadership initiatives, offering insights and recommendations to support broader organizational effectiveness.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and adhere to GINM’s attendance and punctuality expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the evolving needs of GINM’s retail division and its mission.
