About The Position

First Community Credit Union is looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP) of our Real Estate Lending team, based out of our Copperfield headquarters (Northwest Houston). This individual will oversee our entire mortgage lending team, from operations to sales, while mostly focusing on expanding our lending footprint outside the Houston region. The ideal candidate for this role must have current, well-established connections in the Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin areas, and is strong in statewide originations. The SVP of Real Estate will primarily be responsible for recruiting mortgage loan officers, and help generate strong client leads in these areas. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum of eight years of mortgage lending experience, and flexibility for travel.
