The Senior Vice President, IT Delivery Services, working at the direction of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), provides enterprise leadership and owns assigned areas of the enterprise IT delivery portfolio across complex technology initiatives, involving multi-disciplinary teams and cross business unit interactions. As a member of the Senior IT Leadership Team, this role helps develop, execute, and oversee both short-term and long-term IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities, business needs, and desired outcomes. This role is accountable for enterprise delivery outcomes, including value realization, operational impact, and adoption of delivered solutions. The Senior Vice President, IT Delivery Services provides enterprise-wide oversight of delivery execution and portfolio prioritization across the initiative lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support. This role is responsible for proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure seamless delivery. The SVP must have a strong understanding of project management, application development, infrastructure, data management and governance, information security, quality assurance, and enterprise architecture and collaborates effectively with these teams to support planning and execution. The Senior Vice President, IT Delivery Services owns and evolves delivery governance frameworks, prioritization processes, and execution standards to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery across the organization. The Senior Vice President, IT Delivery Services serves as the lead IT on the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and State Examination System (SES) responsible for delivery ownership, planning and coordination, risk and issue management, process and execution management and release and deployment coordination. This role ensures alignment of delivery priorities with enterprise strategy, capacity, and funding decisions in partnership with the CIO and business leadership.
