Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, data/AI, risk management) or equivalent work experience 9-11 years experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred; familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory expectations. Deep subject matter expertise in AI Governance within Financial Services, including production governance, resiliency, controls, and change/issue management. Functional expertise relevant to the domain (e.g., Product Management of AI features, Controls, Regulatory Change, risk/compliance alignment, process engineering and policy codification). Proven leadership experience influencing executives and cross‑functional stakeholders; able to communicate a compelling vision and drive alignment. Demonstrated ability to solve problems pragmatically and decisively using available evidence; comfortable operating hands‑on while scaling through process and automation. Experience designing and implementing governance automation and integrating controls into AI platforms and tooling. Strong skills in process design, documentation, and measurement (e.g., governance KPIs, resiliency metrics, compliance adherence).
