Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in Fixed Income Investment Grade Sales
  • Strong relationships within the financial industry
  • Well versed in Fixed Income markets and US Economy
  • Deep understanding of client liquidity needs
  • Strong knowledge of investment grade sectors
  • Familiarity with Fixed Income Trading platforms; Market Access, TradeWeb, Bloomberg, and Trumid amongst others
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Track record of providing stellar client experience and engagement
  • Entrepreneurial drive to help win new business and grow existing relationships

Responsibilities

  • Cover Institutional Investors for both primary and secondary bonds
  • Manage institutional client relationships
  • Developing new and existing relationships
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and managing an independent book of business
  • Lead in delivery of data-driven recommendations to both clients and the business
  • Liaise and leverage internal resources as needed to maximize client delivery
  • Prepares business overviews for assigned groups to include but not limited to pipeline, trending, and year over year analysis
  • Provides baseline revenue generation reporting and verify information with the associated businesses
